TIEMPO EXISTENCIAL Y TIEMPO DE TRABAJO EN LA CUARTA REVOLUCIÓN INDUSTRIAL

The labor law of the "future" is already "present"; the incorporation of new technological elements in production processes and the implementation of new ideas in business organizations brings with it a resignification of the place and time of the manufacturing- Fordist model. In this sense, this paper is going to address one of the most visible aspects of the contemporary world of work: “the digital disconnection”.
The aforementioned problem is worked from analysis tools provided by the ecological theory. This is how the new working time and the existential time of the worker will be analyzed, the repercussions of the blurring of the borders between the working day and the life of the worker and how this affects not only his daily plenary life but also the life project of the worker. In short, the employer's duty to adjust to coexistence behavior within the framework of his right to direct and organize the company must be harmonized with the worker's right to be able to function freely when outside the workplace.
