WHAT IS THE OPACITY OF THE LAW?

Abstract

In this paper, we will develop what Carlos Cárcova coined as 'the opacity of law', as well as the causes that originated this phenomenon such as marginality and acculturation, anomy, ideology and complexity. The general objective will be to bring any legal operator with an emancipatory vocation closer to various nodal concepts worked on by one of the fathers of the critical currents of law in Latin America.
